Wedding Day – A WEDDING GODDESS Meditation
from Blessing of the Brides:
Planning your wedding can be filled with so much stress. Your confidence may be challenged by all the decisions you have to make and by the demands placed on you by others. So lets take a moment to connect to the beautiful bride you are …and to remember what this time of your life is really about:
Close your eyes, and imagine your big day … you are beautiful, graceful, confident, and radiant.
1. See yourself beginning that walk down the aisle. Hear the processional music, let it move you along. How does it feel to be so beautiful, so graceful, so confident, so radiant?
2. Imagine how secure you feel, walking down that aisle.
3. See the smiling faces of the people you love most in the world. They are there for you, feeling love for you, sending love to you, filling the room up with love and good energy.
4. Begin to get closer to Him now … your beloved. Look at him. He is so handsome and beautiful. He is so filled with love for you and you are so filled with love for him. This is the man you have chosen … and who has chosen you. Look at the way he looks at you … such love in his eyes.
4. You are at the wedding altar now, the altar of your hopes and dreams. He steps forward to greet you and together you stand to express your love and devotion to one another. Feel the joy … feel the love … feel the beauty … feel the promise of the moment … let the love fill you heart and soul …
Keep that vision with you as you go on to plan your wedding.
